PASTOR WESLEY WADDLE
Pastor Waddle is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church. The Lord sent him here from Tennessee in July of 2007. He has been in the pastorate for thirteen years, nine of those years as senior pastor and four as assistant/youth pastor. He is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College.
The Lord has blessed us with Pastor Waddle and his messages from the Word of God. He preaches the whole Word of God without compromise. His caring of his church family is such a wonderful encouragement to all of us.
Pastor and his wife, Rachael, have four children: Caleb, Emily, Timothy, and Luke.

PASTOR GLENN FOSTER
One of our Assistant Pastors is Glenn Foster. He is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Pastor Foster has been in the ministry for about forty years.
He has been a part of the ministry of First Baptist Church for around eighteen years. He has worn many "hats" as Assistant Pastor, i.e., Visitation Pastor, helps with the Senior Saints, heads the van ministry, is currently the Elementary Principal of LaSalle-Peru Christian School, teaches Sunday School, teaches in the school, etc.
Pastor and his wife, Barbara, have three children: twin girls -- Beth (Rick) and Beci, and a son, Dan (Lisa). Their pride and joy are their ten grandchildren.
PASTOR JEREMIAH COCHRAN
Pastor Cochran is the newest member of the pastoral staff. He also is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College with a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies. God has blessed Pastor Cochran with musical ability. Not only does he sing, but he also plays the violin.
His main ministry at First Baptist is ministering to the youth. He has a love for young people and it shows in his everyday dealings with them.
Along with this ministry, he teaches a couple of classes in the junior high and high school of LPCS. He also is the Junior High/Senior High Principal.
Pastor and his wife, Amber, have one son, Joshua, and are enjoying the joys of parenting.
